The frequency of professional floor cleaning depends on various factors such as foot traffic, type of flooring, and specific cleaning needs. Industry standards recommend having high-traffic areas cleaned every 6 months, while less frequently used areas can be cleaned annually or as needed. Upholstery is recommended to be professionally cleaned annually.

Due to our dry Arizona environment, most carpets will dry in 2-3 hours. However, if your carpet is very dense, it can take up to 6 hours. We bring fans to help exipedite the drying process, and recommend being very careful while walking from wet carpet to any hard surface. Slipping is common and injuries can occur.

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Prior to your floor cleaning, it is helpful to remove any small furniture, rugs, or other items from the area being cleaned. It is also advisable to communicate any specific concerns or areas of focus to your technician so they can address them accordingly. 

We have a 110-gallon fresh water tank that we bring full to every job. This allows us to make your floors shine without using gallons and gallons of your water. 

Our floor cleaning time depends on various factors, including the size of the area, the condition of the flooring, and the specific cleaning methods employed. On average, it takes 2-3 hours to clean a standard-sized home, but larger homes or more extensive cleaning requirements may take longer.
